INDUSTRIAL Staffing Services, Inc.
is a two year
old, privately owned, contract staffing firm who is based in
East Brunswick, NJ. INDUSTRIAL's management team is well
educated, experienced: innovation has assisted the company with
consistent record of growth.
Our client focus is on supplying all levels of professionals
across the staffing spectrum. Our client base can best be
described as Fortune 500 companies, most of whom we have served
repeatedly over the long term. INDUSTRIAL's traditional
strength has been to provide our clients with well-qualified
individuals on short notice for periods ranging from one month
to several years.
INDUSTRIAL Staffing Services, Inc.
has worked
hard to maintain long-standing relationships with the vast
majority of our clients and has succeeded for three principal
reasons.
1. Firstly,
we strive to consistently ensure that each client job request is
filled as rapidly as possible with properly qualified and
screened individuals. This means we contact, screen and
interview our prospects before submitting any resume to make
sure they are available and that we are providing their most
current resume.
2. Second,
we familiarize ourselves completely with each client's internal
rules and procedures and work within those guidelines, we
understand and respond to your needs and desires.
3. Third,
we recognize that we are in a customer service business. This
means we are only as good as our latest response to a client
request, and that our response to any request must be timely,
accurate and cost-effective.
Good Communications and client interface maintains
productive people and a good working environment. INDUSTRIAL
maintains constant communication to prevent non-productive
situations and impress a pro-active approach as opposed to a
